Process Technician (all genders)

Working as a Process Technician, you will be:

  • Supporting the deployment, optimization, and reliability of manufacturing processes related to RFID labels production.
  • Acting as a key interface between engineering, production, and maintenance teams to ensure process stability and performance.

You will be responsible for:

  • Contributing to projects related to the integration of new production equipment, from defining technical needs and participating in FAT/SAT to equipment setup, pre-series, qualification and full-scale deployment.
  • Developing and updating procedure documentation, including work instructions and training materials.
  • Training production teams on new equipment and ensuring smooth handover to serial production.
  • Monitoring process performance: analyzing data, identifying losses, and proposing improvement actions.
  • Troubleshooting process issues and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to implement corrective actions.
  • Contributing to maintenance activities, including planning of technical interventions and validating equipment after major servicing.
  • Providing technical support across production sites, ensuring knowledge transfer and documentation availability.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the process.

Background, Experiences & Skills:
Technical degree (BTS) to bachelor’s level (Bac +3).
Previous experience in RFID or smart cards, microelectronics, or semiconductors production, maintenance, or process engineering, especially with automated equipment and embedded IT systems.
Key skills include production management, safety procedures, testing and validation, technical documentation, quality tools, process analysis, and project estimation. Intermediate English required.
Strong team player, organized, methodical, autonomous, with good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Languages: English proficient; French is a strong advantage
Package: Base salary/12 months + annual Bonus
