Working as a Process Project Manager you will be:

• Leading projects aimed at improving the reliability and efficiency of manufacturing processes, boosting productivity, and integrating new technologies.
• Involved across the entire industrial lifecycle — from the industrialization of new production equipment or products to the digitalization of manufacturing tools — with a strong focus on continuous improvement.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading industrial transformation projects from defining requirements to managing budgets with a focus on process reliability, optimization, automation, new technology integration, and digitalization.
• Coordinating cross-functional project teams, collaborating closely with production, maintenance, quality, support functions, and external partners.
• Planning and overseeing industrial trials, ensuring successful execution and validation in partnership with operational teams.
• Contributing to the company’s technology roadmap by supporting the qualification, validation, and scaling-up of new processes.
• Analyzing industrial performance to identify and implement technical and economic solutions that enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
• Driving the digital transformation of production sites in close collaboration with all relevant stakeholders.
• Fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Background, Experiences & Skills:

• Degree in Generalist, Industrial Engineering or a related field with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• You have a strong command of industrial processes, analytical tools, and technical documentation writing, along with a good knowledge of project management tools.
• You are rigorous, autonomous, and possess strong analytical skills, a team-oriented mindset, technical curiosity, excellent interpersonal skills, and a hands-on approach.
