Working as a Process Engineer you will be:

• playing an essential role in optimization of production performance.
• contributing to projects focused on industrialization, technological transformation, and overall site performance enhancement.

You will be responsible for:

• Defining the most efficient production methods and designing the necessary tools and equipment for their implementation.
• Managing the integration of new industrial processes on specialized machinery, overseeing suppliers, conducting tests (FAT/SAT), and introducing innovative technologies.
• Leading performance optimization projects by engaging teams and monitoring key indicators (KPIs, productivity, digitalization).
• Providing technical expertise in production to resolve complex issues and ensure compliance with standards.
• Driving continuous maintenance improvement by optimizing strategies (preventive/predictive), identifying priorities through analyses (Pareto), and digitalizing processes to enhance reliability and operational efficiency.
• Ensuring that equipment complies with safety standards and provides ergonomic working conditions.

Background, Experiences & Skills:
Degree in Generalist/Industrial Engineering or a related field with 2–5 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong team player, organized, methodical, autonomous, with good communication and problem-solving abilities.
