NPD Project Manager, EMEA (all genders)

Working as NPD Project Manager you will be:

  • Responsible for leading and executing high-impact product development that involves innovative uses of RFID, NFC, IoT, and Bluetooth technologies at Tageos. This includes translating product requirements into workable plans and serving as the primary coordination point across global teams to drive timely, high-quality outcomes from concept through production.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Project management:
    • Oversee the development and execution of assigned NPD projects, translating product goals into executable project plans.
    • Be the key point of contact and project coordinator for high-priority, cross-functional NPD projects, serving essentially as the ‘air traffic control’ function.
    • Develop and maintain project plans, including work breakdowns, schedules, estimates, forecasts, and status reporting.
    • Provide clear project status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans to relevant stakeholders.
    • Actively identify, assess, and resolve risks and issues, balancing scope, schedule, and quality constraints.
    • Lead project meetings and ensure rigorous project tracking, analysis, and follow-through on actions.
    • Collaborate closely with Product Management, R&D, Process team, Quality, and Procurement to ensure alignment and execution.
  2. Product development:
    • Lead product development activities through NPDI process, including definition, prototype, pilot, validation, and first production site. And ensure the required product validation, regulatory, and compliance testing is secured and completed.
    • Coordinate final technical specifications, item creation, and documentation in collaboration with Product Managers and R&D teams.
    • Apply project management techniques and tools to speed up timelines, improve collaboration across functions, and develop quality from inception.
    • Work effectively with internal and external partners, vendors, global offices, and senior management.
  • Background/Experiences:
    • Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, Communication, Computer, or Business-related fields. A master’s degree is preferred for technical roles.
    • 3–5 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on New Product Development.
    • Strong knowledge of project management principles, processes, and tools (e.g., Microsoft Planner, Excel, Microsoft Office, SharePoint).
    • Evidence of delivering projects to schedule and budget, within a product development or NPDI environment
    • Experience managing multiple projects with changing priorities in a global, multicultural environment.
    • Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Detail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-management capabilities.
    • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
    • Basic knowledge of RFID technologies is a plus.

  • Special Requirements: Travel internationally as required
  • Package: Base salary/12 months + annual Bonus
  • Remote working available
