Methods & Continuous Improvement Engineer (all genders)
Reporting to the Production Department:
- You will play a key role in driving and supporting continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing overall production performance.
- You will actively contribute to the analysis of machine and operational performance, identify optimization levels, and support the implementation of selected solutions in close collaboration with operational, support, and management teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving site operational performance by proposing and deploying productivity improvement actions, while ensuring the reliability and robustness of industrial processes.
- Analyzing malfunctions, identifying root causes, and implementing sustainable and standardized solutions to optimize manufacturing processes in coordination with the Manufacturing Excellence team (flows, process parameters, operating procedures, work standards, etc.).
- Defining, implementing, and continuously improving industrial processes in coordination with the global process team, ensuring proper execution on the shop floor.
- Monitoring and leading key performance indicators (efficiency, cost of non-quality, downtime, scrap, safety), and coordinating corrective action plans with relevant teams.
- Contributing to the development of a performance-driven and accountability-oriented culture within production teams.
- Preparing and presenting clear and structured analyses (data, root causes, impacts, action plans) to support decision-making and cross-functional continuous improvement projects.
- Ensuring effective coordination with support and global teams to foster best practice sharing and harmonization of industrial methods.
- Integrating HSE requirements into all process initiatives by assessing risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting a strong safety culture on site.
Your profile and experience:
- Engineering degree (general, industrial, or equivalent).
- Initial experience in an industrial environment, ideally in manufacturing.
- Rigorous, autonomous, analytical mindset with strong team spirit.
- Proficiency in performance analysis and continuous improvement tools, combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
