Maintenance Technician (all genders)
Working as a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment,
- Performing scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) tasks,
- Responding urgently to equipment downtime and documenting corrective actions,
- Communicating across shifts and departments to ensure maximum equipment uptime,
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records, equipment histories, and documentation,
- Supporting continuous improvement, shop organization, and team accountability to meet production goals.
Schedule:
- week shift night (12h/day Monday to Thursday): 48h/week (inc OT)
- weekend shift day (12h/day Friday to Sunday): 36h/week + weekend bonus
