Working as Head of Global IT you will be:

• Playing an essential role in lead our technology function and shaping our IT strategy,
• Defining the direction of our digital infrastructure while remaining hands-on to ensure smooth daily operations.

You will be responsible for:

• Infrastructure & Systems Management: Oversee and manage servers, networks, laptops, desktops, printers, and security worldwide.
• Workplace Technology: Ensure reliable IT support across workplace tools, mobile devices, and printers.
• IT Project Management: Lead and deliver IT initiatives, balancing business needs with technical feasibility.
• Applications & ERP: Manage business applications, including ERP and supply/demand management systems, ensuring smooth integration and performance.
• Vendor Management: experience in negotiation and vendor relationship management within the most relevant panel of technology vendors / operators in the market.
• Strategic Leadership: Define IT roadmaps, ensure alignment with business objectives, and provide forward-looking guidance.
• Operational Excellence: Deliver a service-oriented IT function that supports end users effectively across geographies.

Background/Experiences:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 3–5 years of professional IT experience in an all-rounder role, ideally within a small to mid-size company.
• Proven expertise in infrastructure management (servers, networks, security, end-user devices).
• Experience in applications such as ERP, supply chain, and demand management systems.
• Strong track record in IT project management.
• International exposure with ability to work across diverse teams and regions.
• Consistent technology background with a hands-on approach.
• Service-oriented mindset, combining technical know-how with business awareness.

Package: Base salary/12 months + annual Bonus
