Global Customer and supplier Quality Engineer (all genders)

We are looking for a Global Customer and Supplier Quality Engineer to strengthen our Group-wide operational excellence approach and ensure optimal satisfaction for our partners. In this role, you will be:

  • Managing the customer and supplier complaint management system.
  • Ensuring high-quality communication with customers and suppliers.
  • Ensuring that quality procedures are implemented and continuously improved.

You will be responsible for:

  • Acting as the global quality contact for customer and supplier complaints related to products and raw materials.
  • Managing the end-to-end customer and supplier complaints process while ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Leading cross-functional working groups to analyze issues, leverage field feedback, and reduce non-quality.
  • Defining, implementing, and monitoring corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with local teams through to closure.
  • Tracking and managing global performance indicators related to quality complaints.
  • Drafting, updating, and deploying quality procedures and work instructions.
  • Ensuring operator training and proper application of procedures.
  • Contributing to the maintenance and continuous improvement of the quality management system and documentation (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FSC, ARC, etc.).
  • Conducting supplier audits and following up on corrective and preventive actions.
  • Handling regulatory requests and managing regulatory non-conformities raised by customers and suppliers.

Background, Experiences & Skills:

  • Master's degree or engineering degree in HQSE or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • You have excellent knowledge of quality tools (8D, FMEA, control plan) and applicable ISO standards.
  • You are rigorous, autonomous, and possess strong analytical skills, a team-oriented mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a hands-on approach.

Languages: English proficient, Chinese can be a plus
Package: Base salary/12 months + annual Bonus
