Expert Failures Analysis Engineer (all genders)

We are looking for an Expert Failures Analysis who will play a key role in product quality control, the resolution of non-conformities, and the continuous improvement of our Quality Management System.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the management of non-conformities for our site of Montpellier, including root cause analyses using structured methodologies (e.g. 8D), and defining, implementing, and monitoring corrective and preventive actions to reduce customer quality issues.
  • Preparing, tracking, and archiving quality documentation related to non-conformities in coordination with the Global Quality team, and driving local quality performance indicators.
  • Facilitating cross-functional working groups as part of a continuous improvement approach.
  • Ensuring product quality for manufactured products by enforcing the Global Quality Control Plan, quality procedures, and inspection instructions across the plant.
  • Acting as a quality control tools expert and supporting production teams to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Contributing to the validation of new products and the continuous improvement of existing product lines, while monitoring and analyzing product quality KPIs.
  • Overseeing the management of the plant’s metrology equipment and ensuring calibration and verification schedules are strictly respected.

  • Providing technical support to the R&D and Engineering teams during development projects.
  • Participating in and supporting internal and external audits alongside the QHSE Manager.
  • Actively contributing to site-wide continuous improvement initiatives.

Background, Experiences & Skills:

  • Master's degree or engineering degree in HQSE or a related field, with at least first experience in product quality management.
  • You have excellent knowledge of quality tools (8D, FMEA, control plan, etc.) in an industrial environment, ideally in the RFID industry.
  • You are rigorous, autonomous, organized and have excellent analytical skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
