APAC (Remote) Program Manager / Business Development Director (RFID Industry) (all genders)

Working as Program Manager / Business Development Director you will be:

  • Responsible for driving successful delivery of RFID solutions while expanding strategic market opportunities.
  • Bringing strong technical understanding of RFID technologies, outstanding client-facing communication skills, and a proven track record of business development within IoT, asset tracking, supply chain, or related technology sectors.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Program & Project Management (50%)
    • Lead end-to-end execution of RFID solution deployment programs, ensuring scope, timelines, budget, and quality requirements are met.
    • Serve as primary point of contact for clients throughout implementation, providing technical insight, project updates, and issue resolution.
    • Coordinate internal cross-functional teams (engineering, software development, hardware integration, operations, manufacturing, support) to deliver integrated RFID solutions.
    • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and resource allocation models.
    • Manage pilots, field tests, proof-of-concepts, and performance validation activities for RFID hardware, software, and tagging solutions.
    • Track program KPIs and maintain status reports for internal leadership and external stakeholders.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards, quality metrics, and customer SLA requirements.
  2. Business Development & Market Expansion (50%)
    • Identify new business opportunities in targeted verticals such as logistics, retail, healthcare, industrial manufacturing, defense, or asset management
    • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for RFID solutions, including prospecting, product positioning, and competitive differentiation
    • Lead sales cycles from lead generation through proposal creation, solution scoping, and commercial negotiation
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with system integrators, OEM partners, technology alliances, and channel partners
    • Work with product management to translate customer needs into product requirements, feature roadmaps, and solution enhancements
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer workshops to strengthen brand presence and generate demand
    • Conduct market and competitive analysis to guide strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities

Background/Experiences:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in RFID, IoT, AIDC, asset tracking, supply chain technology, or similar industries
  • Proven experience in both program/project management and business development roles
  • Strong understanding of RFID technologies: UHF passive, HF/NFC, active tags, readers, antennas, middleware, and system integration
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical programs involving hardware and software components
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience closing mid- to large-scale enterprise technology deals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Understanding of B2B environments and working with industrial clients

  • Package: Base salary/12 months + annual Bonus
  • Start date: Immediate
